Terl is a contracts and claims consultant with a professional background in Quantity Surveying. He has over 12 years of experience advising clients across a wide range of construction sectors in both the UK and overseas.
His work focuses on commercial management, contract administration and dispute support, with particular expertise in claims strategy, entitlement assessment and evidential preparation. Terl has acted for contractors, developers and professional teams, providing clear, pragmatic advice under standard and bespoke forms of contract.
Alongside his project experience, Terl is actively involved in the wider construction law and commercial community through his role with the Society of Construction Law Astra group. He combines technical understanding with a practical, outcomes-driven approach, helping clients navigate complex commercial and contractual issues with confidence.
