Promontory is a British consultancy advising on the contractual and commercial questions that decide the outcome of complex construction, energy, infrastructure and marine projects. Our work sits where technical detail and commercial consequence meet.
We are deliberately boutique. Instructions are led by senior practitioners who have sat on both sides of the table, administering contracts in the field and testing them under scrutiny. That experience shapes advice that is precise, proportionate and usable.
